We are pleased to announce we have a dedicated Psychological Counsellor as part of the Inspire Team.
As human beings we are always under the pressures of life and sometimes situations may become overwhelming, and we become stuck within our own emotional and mental perception.
Counselling can provided many benefits to a participant who may be experiencing some sort of mental or emotional challenges.
Simple put counselling will benefit a client in the following ways:
Participant and the counsellor will set time aside to explore the current life challenges such a stress the client is experiencing from an emotional and mental perspective and allows the participant express themselves in the session without any judgement.
Participant and the counsellor will work together to look at the client situation from a different perspective, the goal here is for the client to begin to make positive changes by allowing the client to focus on feeling, experiences or behaviour within the context of their life challenges.
Participant and the counsellor will work together to develop a circle of trust, is of utmost importance that this circle of trust is based on confidentiality.
Your counsellor will discuss the parameters of confidentiality and the policy of undertaking a counselling session.
