Social and Community and getting out and about.

Our qualified support workers and mentors can support you to meaningfully participate in your community by meeting new people, enhancing relationships, trying new activities, exploring your community and identifying opportunities for your personal growth and development.

Our team can provided support on a one-on-one basis or in a small group where there is a common interest within the group. We hold various outings in the community and also at our Blacktown centre. We can support you to take part in a new activity, meet with friends or family, or just to get out and about.

Some of the ways we can assist:

  • Companion to support in you at social events or sport activities

  • Support for domestic assistance eg shopping, paying bills, doctors appointments

  • Attending local markets, library, movies
