Social and Community and getting out and about.
Our qualified support workers and mentors can support you to meaningfully participate in your community by meeting new people, enhancing relationships, trying new activities, exploring your community and identifying opportunities for your personal growth and development.
Our team can provided support on a one-on-one basis or in a small group where there is a common interest within the group. We hold various outings in the community and also at our Blacktown centre.
